Join us for a fun afternoon of golf at the ProActive Fitness Members Golf Tournament
Enjoy 12 holes of golf, grab and go lunch, prizes, fun & good times!
Details:
- Date: Sunday, September 22
- Time: 1:00 PM (Please arrive by 12:15 PM)
- Location: Greenbryre Golf Course, Greenbryre (Boychuk & Hwy 16)
- Maximum Capacity: 80 people (please feel free to bring one friend)
- Cost: $51.75 walking / $68.75 riding in cart - for golf
- Meal: ProActive Fitness is happy to provide each golfer with a Grab and Go boxed lunch at registration
REGISTRATION and pre-payment required PRIOR to AUGUST 30th
To secure your spot, please RSVP by registering online, at the front desk, or by emailing info@proactivefit.ca with the names of the golfers (yourself and up to one guest) and your preference for walking or cart riding.
